Mini Lab won't upload code

I am uploading to my Mini Lab from Arduino IDE 1.8.19 from Windows 11.

I have just restarted using it and it is running the code I loaded before.

When I upload code, even the simple Blink example I get the following:

can’t open device : A device which does not exist is specified.

I wonder if I need a driver for the USB. This is the first time I have used the Mini Lab with this computer.

Help

John

P.S. I have just found this which looks like the solution:

Yes, windows 11 requires driver you linked. Other OS (Mac, Linux, Win 10) should work fine.

Thank you, I have it working now.

I don’t know what I do wrong. I installed the driver (from the Totem Duino page) but Totem duino is still not working. I only see a messag in the Windows Equiment that the driver is installed correctely.
But when I go to Arduino IDE and take a look at “board Info” it shows a n unknown board even when I select UNO and the correct com-port.
Maybe I need to select some other board then UNO or do I have to install any other software
all of this happens with my wiondows 11 computer but aloso with my windows 10 mini laptop
The uploads are resulting in a lot of errors
Please I hope someone can help me with a clear solution. I’m not so good in windows and drivers ect
Thanks in advance

Ignore that “board info” option. It is expected to display “unknown board”.

Open program “Device Manager”. What is displayed under “Ports” category?
