I cannot find the female connector to plug the pulse generator output? is it included in the box?

Mini Lab kit were shipped with male to male jumper wires only.
Recently we improved LabBoard firmware and documentation. Now it utilizes more of those additional male pins, so female wires became a necessity. We are currently working on to include them (female wires) in the future kits.
For now - you will need to acquire male to female jumper wires at your local electronics store separately. Sorry for you troubles and thanks for pointing this out.
