Conecting Totem mini lab to mac

Hi there i am trying to connect my totem mini lab to my mac but the mac will not find it has any one had the same problem

Hi,

  • Does power (red) LED turn ON when you plug in USB cable?
  • Is this LED on in both voltage switch positions?
  • Does LabBoard display (digits) turn on?
  • Does TotemDuino work if flat (grey) cable is pulled out?
